How can I register as an NGO?
You can register your NGO after a demo call with our Impact Manager. Simply book a free appointment. Afterwards, you'll receive access to the Bonoboo platform, where you can easily register your NGO yourself.
How can I become a Bonoboo partner?
After your meeting with our Impact Manager, you’ll receive our partnership agreement and be listed as one of our official partners.
How many donation projects can we list?
You can list as many donation projects as you like. There is no limit – you’re free to promote all your active projects individually.
How can I manage donation campaigns on Bonoboo?
Once registered, you’ll receive login access to the Bonoboo platform. There, you can conveniently manage all your donation projects and NGO information.
What information can I include in my donation projects?
Each donation project should include the following information in both German and English:
• Title of the project or campaign (Max.100 characters)
• Description of the project or campaign (Max. 256 characters)
• NGO logo (PNG format)
• One or more images (JPEG format, square shape)
• Link to your individual donation website or landing page
How does Bonoboo’s AI matching work?
Our Bonoboo AI Matchmaker helps connect your NGO with companies that support the same causes. By analyzing your donation projects – such as topic, location, and impact – we identify companies that align with your mission. The more information you provide, the better the matching results!
Can I refuse a match with a certain company?
Yes, you can refuse the match at any time. However, we can not guarantee you when the next suitable match will occur. You will be placed back in the waiting queue for the next match.
Where will my donation projects be visible?
Matched donation projects are integrated into our business partners’ websites and checkout processes.
Can I track how well my donation projects are performing?
The Bonoboo Impact Dashboard provides performance data for each project and helps you understand what’s working and where there’s room for improvement to increase engagement and support. This feature will be available soon.
How can Bonoboo help increase donation volume for my NGO?
Once your donation project is matched with a suitable company and integrated into its online presence, you can receive donations in two ways:
• Individual donations: Customers decide how much to donate and choose one of three projects.
• Business donations: Companies predefine the donation amount, and customers choose one of three featured projects.
How does the donation payment work?
There are two ways you receive donations:
• Individual donations: Donors use your donation form and payment solution.
• Business donations: Companies donate via wire transfer periodically ( Monthly, Quarterly or Yearly).
